Shannon is a Certified Integral Coach from the New Ventures West Coaching School. Shannon loves working with women seeking balance in their lives as well as those moving through transition of any kind. She is focused on helping women create change in their lives by integrating their minds, hearts and bodies through customized programs.
Shannon feels it is her life’s calling to help others live in a manner in which they feel most alive and connected with their own humanity.
Service to her fellow human beings is what makes Shannon’s spirit come alive. Over the past 17 years, she has taught school and served her community in various leadership capacities. In 2015, she, along with her business partner, Lauren Wessinger, opened SoulSpace Yoga Community in Fort Worth, Texas, out of which she runs her private coaching business.
Shannon’s passion for learning is what inspires her to continuously take classes all over the country from master teachers. Shannon stays active in the New Ventures West coaching community, and, she is a certified yoga instructor as well as a Mindful Schools certified meditation instructor. She is currently enrolled in a Mindfulness Based-Stress Reduction certification course based out of the University of Massachusetts, as well as courses through the Enneagram Institute.

How long is the coaching process?
An average coaching commitment is 10-12 sessions over a 12-24 week period and includes assignments and practices.
What happens between coaching sessions?
You work on your assignments and practices. The coach supports you through frequent interactions to remain on track, answer your questions and ensure you are moving forward with your coaching program.
