SOULFLOW II | HEATED TO 85 DEGREES
SoulFlow II heats up quickly and flows consistently throughout class. Strength will be challenged and you can expect to work hard, but under the guidance of our skilled instructors you won’t feel pressure to do more than your capacity. You’ll be guided to unwind fully at the end and rest very well, leaving you settled inside. Arm balance and inversion options are usually given, and modifications are always offered.
SOULSLOW | NON-HEATED
SoulSlow invites you to slow down, intensify focus on your breathing and explore the meditative features found within yoga postures. By spending more time in each posture, this class empowers students to explore the subtleties of their yoga practice. The class culminates by transitioning students from movement to stillness as they spend the last portion of class in seated meditation.
ROCK YOUR SOUL | HEATED TO 85 DEGREES
RockYourSoul will do just that! Let go into the flow of yoga with dimmed lights and deep beats on our amazing sound system. As you mindfully open your body, you will also experience enhanced focus, endurance and strength. The class ends with a few sweet relaxation poses to reduce stress before you head out into the world. The instructors cue postures minimally to ensure the music remains the focus, so a basic understanding of yoga postures is helpful.
SOULessentials | NON-HEATED
SoulEssentials is uniquely designed to help you deepen your understanding of the practice of asana, or yoga postures. Each week there will be a specific focus on either a posture or an area or action of the body, all while keeping within the structure of a flow class. Class usually begins with a 10 minute review of the focus of the day, 40 minutes of practice, and 10 minutes to wind down. This class is appropriate for beginners, seasoned students who want to learn more about alignment, and also yoga teachers who want to learn more about anatomy and alignment. The practice is not easy, but the pace is slow and there are always modifications provided.
SOULRESTORE | NON-HEATED
SoulRestore is best for those times when you’re in need of extra self-care, aiming to calm the nervous system and nurture each and every fiber in your body. This practice teaches the art of rest and relaxation. Poses are held for several minutes and incorporate the use of props for ultimate comfort. Energy work may be presented to help aid relaxation. The entire class is done on the floor and all levels are welcome, including pregnant yogis or anyone healing from an injury. Expect to float home!
SOULSIT | NON-HEATED
Enjoy a more peaceful and awakened existence through the power of meditation. Experienced and novice meditators alike will benefit from these sessions. Learning meditation can have lifelong effects on your health and enjoyment of life. Sessions are 30 minutes long.
SOULZEN | NON-HEATED
A multifaceted healing experience, SoulZen is a rich combination of slow flow yoga, restorative yoga, calming breath work, and energy release techniques. Expect standing postures as well as floor work. Zen can help work through blocks, bring a sense of balance and ease back to the nervous system, and invite back in a sense of wholeness that may feel elusive when continuously meeting the demands of daily life.

Which class is appropriate for me?
We have created a diverse schedule in order to serve all practitioner levels. Read our class descriptions to determine the classes most appropriate for you. You will find the SoulSpace staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to be of service. Feel free to contact us at any time.
What should I bring?
Please bring your yoga mat. If you don’t have one, we are happy to provide you with a Manduka mat and a Manduka mat towel “on the house” for your first visit. These items can be rented for a small fee on subsequent visits. In our efforts to be an environmentally-friendly studio, you will not find plastic bottled water for sale at SoulSpace. Please bring your favorite water bottle with you so we can keep you hydrated with our complimentary filtered water dispenser.
What should I wear?
Wear clothing in which you can move and breathe freely. No need to buy a special outfit. Let your comfort and ease of movement be the determining factor in selecting what to wear. If you’re attending one of our more vigorous and/or higher-temperature classes, keep in mind that sweat-wicking fabrics may be your best friend. Also, while a little dab of perfume or cologne may freshen you up after class, please refrain from wearing scents during practice.
What if I am pregnant?
Congratulations! All of our instructors are trained in empowering pregnant women to modify poses in class. You will be well taken care of!
What if I have an injury?
Please feel comfortable approaching your teacher before class if there is something about your body of which they should be aware. You can also call or email if you’d like to talk to someone in private before your arrival.
Keep in mind that your time spent in yoga is sacred. It can often be the only time during the week that you get to spend nurturing yourself. If any pose in class does not feel good, we encourage you to skip it or modify it to suit your needs in that moment. Our teachers are there as your loving guides to empower you and keep you safe; however, you know your body best. To enjoy yoga as a practice for life is to allow it to meet you where you are in each moment. This is YOUR practice! We hope to inspire you to love every minute of it.
Our SoulSpace teachers offer private and semi-private yoga sessions where students are able to benefit from a more customized and personalized experience.
If you are brand new to yoga, private yoga sessions can be a great way to help ease you into a group class setting. Your teacher will review the basics of yoga asana with you, ensure you are comfortable performing fundamental postures and answer any questions you may have along the way.
If you are a seasoned yoga practitioner, a private session is an effective and efficient way to truly advance your practice. Working privately with a teacher can be great for fine-tuning the poses you find most challenging. It aids in exploring more deeply the mechanics and energy of the practice. The insights gained from this detailed method of yoga practice can be invaluable.
